All booking requests are subject to real date availability, operational capacity, logistics, and express confirmation by Frente Blanca Outfitters.
2. Deposits and payments
- The company may require a deposit to hold dates.
- The remaining balance must be paid according to the timeline shared with the client.
- No date is considered secured until required payment is confirmed.
3. Cancellations and changes
- Cancellations may lead to administrative charges or partial/full loss of deposit depending on timing and commitments already assumed.
- Date changes are subject to availability and may imply pricing adjustments.
- Final policies should be confirmed in writing through the commercial proposal or reservation contract.
4. External factors
Field activities may be affected by weather, permits, applicable regulation, safety conditions, routes, transportation, terrain, or force majeure. Operations may be adjusted reasonably to protect the guest, the team, and the overall experience.
5. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information.
- Comply with logistical and documentary requirements communicated by the company.
- Follow safety instructions, schedules, and applicable rules.
